30 Day Return Policy
All Purchases are 100% refundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, please email Santa Barbara Clothing Company within 30 days and we will refund or exchange your items, whatever you prefer. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Santa Barbara Clothing Company will pay for shipping an exchanged item back to you. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, undamaged) and must be received by Santa Barbara Clothing Company within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns after the 30 day period. If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Most orders are processed and shipped within two - three business days after the order is received and approval of credit card. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order if you wish.
Shipping & Handling Fees
We use USPS Priority Mail starting at $4.05 within the United States including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery. Shipping to Canada is ONLY $10.00. We can ship to GB and Europe for ONLY $15.00. Please e-mail for quotes to other countries.
